Last Thursday we celebrated our final Hi Digital session for the semester! We celebrated with tea, coffee and lots of cake!
We are so proud of all our participants for showing up each week and learning. We are also so thankful to our UL volunteers and our TY volunteers, who came each week and showed patience and compassion.
This project helps older people navigate todays digital world. We can feel the welcoming atmosphere in the room each week, where stories are shared, and intergenerational relationships are built.
We are so grateful to Rethink Ireland for providing us with the funding to make this all possible, and to the Vodafone Foundation and ALONE for training our volunteers and making them 'Digital Champions'!
