This Good Friday the 3rd of April was one to remember, where 24,000 volunteers came together across Limerick City and County to join the Team Limerick Clean Up!
The University of Limerick were delighted to get involved with Team Limerick Clean Up this year, helping to keep our surrounding community free from litter.
Our student volunteers showed up in full force and the atmosphere was amazing. Limericks community spirit is truly unmatched!
A huge thank you to Linda Fitzgerald, Elena Secas, and Andrea La Touche for organising the day. We would also like to thank the co-founders of TLC, JP McManus, Helen O’Donnell and Paul O’Connell in collaboration with Limerick City and County Council.
