Description
The Plough Youth Club was founded in 1985 with premises underneath the now demolished flats. It made an enormous contribution to the youth of Ballymun, one of the most disadvantaged areas in the country. We always kept up with the latest in Technology, as a result of which the club has massive credibility in the whole area and this continues to the present moment. The grandchildren of some of our first members are with us today. Our photography programme attracted students from the top media college in Dublin. We have had many European students work with us under the Erasmus Programme.
