This is for current and active members of the Limerick Area of the Irish Red Cross only to log their volunteer hours. Members can perform a variety of roles including:
- First Aid Instructor
- Unit Officer
- Fundraising
- Event Medical Cover
- Youth Work
- Social and Community Work
- Branch Administration

which will be processed with you after you apply.
Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:
Task are as defined by the individual's role in the Limerick Area of the Irish Red Cross.
For example, if you become a First Aid Responder (training provided by us) we would expect that you would attend the occasional first aid duty. You will always be with a team.

All of the above training provided by our organisation.
Details of time commitment needed for role:
Time commitment varies per role and Event. Examples include:
Instructors: 1-2 hours a week.
Unit Officers: 3 hours a week.
Event Medical Crews: 3-10 hours depending on event, per event.
Minimum time commitment per week:
1 hour p/week
Additional screening required for this role:
To become a member you will go through Garda Vetting and must take part in Safeguarding training (organised by the IRC).
