Aphasia Ireland is a charity that supports people who have aphasia, a condition that affects a person's ability to communicate. We provide services like speech and language therapy, support groups, and information to help individuals with aphasia improve their communication skills and quality of life. The charity plays a vital role in raising awareness about aphasia and advocating for better understanding and support for those living with the condition. Those who work in the social media team will be helping to spread the word about the charity and what we offer.

Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:
As a social media assistant, your tasks would include crafting engaging posts, scheduling content, engaging with audience comments, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated on social media trends. This role demands creativity, organization, and a deep understanding of various social media platforms.
Skills required for this role:
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- A high level of creativity.
- Proficiency with Canva or similar content creation platforms.
- Strong knowledge of instagram, TikTok and twitter.
Minimum time commitment per week:
3 hour p/week
