About Us:Croí is an Irish heart and stroke charity based in Galway, dedicated to fighting heart disease and stroke.
On Sunday June 7th, we host the Croí Corrib Cycle, a major fundraising event for the charity. We require a large team of volunteers to support us along the route on the morning from 7am.
Is training provided?:Yes
Please note that Garda Vetting is required for this position which will be processed with you after you apply.
Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:
Volunteers will support the start of the cycle, be positioned as a safety marshall along the route or be part of the team to welcome the cyclists back afterwards and help at Croí House in Newcastle. We start at 7am on the monring of the event at Dangan Sports Complex.
